The Healthcare Sector Lead is responsible for strategic development of the Healthcare sector within the Go-to-Market organization. The primary focus of a Sector Lead is to build sector expertise, position Concentrix as a thought leader for the sector and to lead a team of talented sector-focused Portfolio* Leaders to grow the sector leveraging the Concentrix Product and Services portfolio.

Sector Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrates strong understanding and knowledge of BPO and Technical Services associated with the Healthcare vertical.
- Develops and executes the Sector strategy across all levels of the organization.
- Leverages exceptional communication skills to speak at forums both internally and externally.

Account Management and Business Growth:
- Ensures the team builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients within the Sector. These key strategic relationships should reflect coverage of the client's comprehensive buyer personas, including but not limited to the CIO, CMO, CTO and CXO ensuring a partnership charter with their team.
- Drives development of sustainable and profitable strategic account plans for clients within the Sector that address whitespace planning, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and incorporates the full extent of Concentrix services. Ensures Financial KPIs (revenue, new business signings, gross margin) are met, maximizes the share of TAM (total addressable market) within client(s). Determines new logo targets for the Sector.
- Ensures clients within the Sector fully benefit from Concentrix Technology offer (internal and Technology Partnerships). Aligns Concentrix Technology solutions with client's business opportunities and strategy.
- Demonstrates the gravitas and maturity to engage and hold the attention of the C-Level within the Sector accounts.
- Helps strategize and close Tier 4 (Transformational) opportunities.
- Ensures proactive risk management is put in place for the Sector accounts: mitigating financial, competitive, and technological threats.
- Contributes to Executive Deal Reviews for key deals.
- Makes decisions on account classification.
- Ensures Sector team achieves exceptional client satisfaction including fulfilling all contractual obligations while providing robust, tailored solutions to effectively address and exceed client expectations. Encourages close collaboration with Client Success, Practices, Catalyst, etc. to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery. Drives development and monitoring of improvement plans if required.
- If needed, acts as the point of escalation for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, taking decisions on enabling recovery from issues and providing regular updates.
- Ensures clients within the Sector fully benefit from Concentrix Technology offer (internal technology and Technology Partnerships). Aligns Concentrix Technology solutions with client's business opportunities and strategy.
- Establishes the strategy for and the execution of strategic new client acquisition within the Sector.

Team management and Talent Development:
- Strategically selects and implements the optimal structure for the Sector team, ensuring talents are appropriately assigned. Oversees talent transitions to minimize any business disruptions.
- Provides strategic direction to the team of Portfolio* Leaders and Account Executives, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
- Mentors and coaches Portfolio Leaders, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and professional development.
- Conducts regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognizing high performance. Addresses performance issues promptly and effectively, developing improvement plans as needed.
- Acts as a role model within the Sector team and ensures Concentrix Culture is embedded.

Strategic Collaboration:
- Leads the [insert sector] Sector across the Americas geography [keep or discard as appropriate] and provides global leadership of the [insert sector] Sector across theatres
- Collaborates with Sector Leaders, Portfolio Leaders, and other internal teams to align account strategies with overall business objectives.
- Leads the global [insert sector] sector community across the company. Ensures that industry communities within the sector are established, effective and growing.
- Creates appropriate client forums for marketing and PR purposes to ensure Concentrix is the leading customer experience and technology provider in the sector
- Drives innovation and continuous improvement in account management practices.
- Provides strategy and requirements that interlock with the Concentrix Products and Service Lines of business.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitors and reports on Sector performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensures team provides regular reporting on sales activities (Sales Force or any other internal systems).
- Gathers and shares client feedback and insights with internal teams to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
- Uses data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize account management strategies.

Professional Development:
- Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in account management.
- Participates in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrates leadership within the Sector, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred with 18+ years of experience (8+ years of management experience).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development roles within the BPO industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing large, multi-billion dollar accounts, preferably within industry-specific sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization, particularly at the C-suite level.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Significant industry-specific experience and understanding.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives and leverage technology for business solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $249,000- $295,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
