  • RIBO Licensed with a strong foundation in Personal Lines (minimum 5 years)
  • High Net Worth/Private Client Group/VIP experience is a strong asset

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate's book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 to $100,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
