Job description

Job Details:

Pay: $17.60/hr

External Requirement: Must have 6 months work history. 3-months operator experience preferred.

Rehire Consideration: Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire. 90 days (3 months) waiting period.

SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up combos, move and place product as needed for production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

Set up of Combos and get ready for production

Moving product where production needs to be

Weigh and label the combos

Inventory of product

Keeping the area clean

All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality

Able to utilize pallet jack

Must be able to read product label by numbers

Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines

Ability to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment

Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

Physical Requirements / Environment:

Stand/Walk: Continuously (up to 4 hours before 1st break)

Lift/Carry: Continuously (20 - 50 lbs.)

Simple/Firm Grasping: Frequently

Other Physical Requirements:

o Bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder (up to 1 ft.): Occasional

Environment: Continuously - Working around moving machinery, working in a cold, slippery and damp environment (28-34 degrees F)
