The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing manager relationships. - 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in the restoration industry is a plus.)
- Exhibited success in recruiting, including creative sourcing, networking, identifying, and evaluating candidates & facilitating decisions in partnership with hiring managers.
- Strong computer skills in: Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as ATS and/or HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently yet able to initiate interaction when in need of support.
- Must be organized, accurate, and detail oriented.
- Must be closely aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values.
