Job description

Automotive Store Manager – Sales & Operations

Location: Lake Worth, FL 33461

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually + performance bonus

Build the team. Grow the business. Own the results.

RAW Wheels + Tires is seeking a sales-driven Automotive Store Manager to lead store performance, develop employees, grow revenue, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is not a traditional retail management position. We’re looking for a leader with an ownership mentality—someone who sets high standards, holds people accountable, takes initiative, and treats the store’s performance like their own business.

The ideal candidate knows how to:

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive sales through excellent service and ethical recommendations
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
  • Increase revenue and profitability
  • Create loyal, repeat customers
  • Turn business goals into consistent daily execution

If you’re motivated by results, enjoy coaching people, and believe that exceptional customer service drives long-term sales, we want to talk with you.

About RAW Wheels + Tires

Founded in 1996, RAW Wheels + Tires has grown into a national automotive retailer with more than 130 locations across approximately 15 states.

Today, RAW’s core business includes custom wheels, tires, accessories, installation, retail sales, and flexible payment options. The company is also preparing to expand selected locations into broader automotive maintenance and repair services through its developing RAW Auto Care model.

The Store Manager hired today will lead the existing wheel-and-tire business while helping prepare the location for future Auto Care growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own the store’s day-to-day sales, operations, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Establish and track sales, revenue, expense, and performance goals.
  • Coach employees to identify customer needs, explain available options, and close sales ethically.
  • Create a performance-focused culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop store employees.
  • Hold regular performance conversations and address problems quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful service.
  • Resolve customer concerns while protecting the company and building long-term loyalty.
  • Manage store inventory, merchandise, cash controls, accounts, equipment, and company assets.
  • Ensure wheels, tires, and accessories are properly priced, displayed, and available.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct required counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, financing procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Partner with district and corporate leadership to improve store performance.
  • Help prepare the store and team for the future rollout of RAW Auto Care services.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous leadership or management experience in automotive service, tires, wheels, parts, automotive retail, or a closely related business.
  • A strong sales background with a record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service and ethical recommendations.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable.
  • An ownership mentality and willingness to take responsibility for store results.
  • A competitive, results-oriented approach balanced with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working with sales goals, performance reports, inventory, expenses, and operating metrics.
  • Ability to adapt as the company introduces new products, services, and operating processes.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

You may be a strong fit if you’re currently an:

  • Automotive Assistant Store Manager
  • Automotive Service Advisor
  • Tire and Service Sales Manager
  • Assistant Service Manager
  • Automotive Retail Manager
  • Parts or Accessories Manager
  • Automotive Store Manager
  • Repair Shop Manager

A previous Store Manager title is not required. We will consider successful automotive sales and service leaders who are ready to take the next step into full store leadership.

What success looks like

Successful Store Managers:

  • Consistently achieve store sales and profitability goals.
  • Build teams that are engaged, productive, and accountable.
  • Coach employees instead of merely directing them.
  • Create repeat business through trust and excellent service.
  • Address performance problems before they become larger issues.
  • Protect company assets and maintain strong operational controls.
  • Look for opportunities to improve the business every day.
  • Prepare their teams to grow as RAW expands its automotive-service capabilities.

Compensation and growth opportunity

This position includes a base salary and performance-based bonus opportunity.

As RAW Auto Care launches and the Store Manager’s responsibilities expand, compensation may be reviewed for proven performers. Any future adjustment will be based on individual performance, the scope of the role, business results, and company approval.

Benefits

Benefits currently include:

  • Medical insurance
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid holidays
  • Employee purchase program
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Career-growth opportunities

Benefit eligibility and plan details will be reviewed during the interview process.

Schedule

This is a full-time, customer-facing leadership position. Availability to work during store operating hours, including some evenings and weekends, may be required.
