  • Position: Senior QA Automation Engineer / Senior QA Analyst
  • Openings: 2
  • Location: Hybrid - Cincinnati or Atlanta
  • Duration: 12-month Contract-to-Hire
  • Visa: US Citizen or Green Card only
Must Have Skills
  • Strong QA Automation experience (95% automation)
  • C#, .NET, Selenium, Visual Studio
  • API Testing + Postman
  • SQL queries with joins
  • BDD/Test case writing
  • Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong communication & team collaboration
Preferred
  • ADA/WCAG accessibility testing
  • Java experience
  • Automation framework knowledge
Team Structure

Interview Process
  1. Behavioral round with Manager + Director (30 mins)
  2. Technical panel round with QA specialists (1 hour)
Manager Notes
  • Looking for genuine senior QA engineers

5 Must have qualifications:
  • 5 plus years knowledge of Automation Testing frameworks for APIs and UI and strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), web technologies.
  • 3 plus years of C# and .NET knowledge (Linq, Genics, .NET 6)
  • 3 plus years of TSQL Queries and able to write complex queries.
  • 3 plus years of experience in QA with a focus on accessibility testing.
  • Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A and AA) standards.
  • Postman knowledge for manual testing.
