Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Web Developer
Location: Centerville, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation:Competitive, Excellent Benefits
Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.
As a Web Developer you will support and lead web design, development, production, testing, and troubleshooting projects of medium to high complexity. You will ensure IT applications and systems are all in compliance with Section 508, and our Customer's accessibility standards.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to support web design, development, testing, and troubleshooting IT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing responsive, standards-compliant websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience building interactive, accessible user interfaces with Bootstrap, ScrollMagic, Greensock, and other libraries.
  • Experience optimizingand debug cross-browser web applications for performance and usability, as well as translatingUX/UI designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly front-end experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining WordPress, Joomla, and SharePoint sites across secure and public networks.
  • Experience ensuringall web content meets Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/3.0 accessibility standards, and conducting accessibility testing using JAWS, NVDA, WAVE, ARC Toolkit, and browser-based tools.
  • Experience creatingwireframes, mockups, and user flows using Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator, and experience conducting user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Experience collaboratingwith stakeholders to refine UI requirements and improvinguser experience and experience applying UX best practices to streamline workflows and reduce cognitive load.
  • Demonstrated experience building full-stack applications using PHP, Python, JavaScript, and .NET frameworks, integratingfront-end interfaces with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB backends, and developing RESTful APIs and automate data flows using JSON, XML, and YAML.
  • Experience designing and producinginteractive WBTs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Animate, editing and integrate video, audio, and animation using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder, and collaboratingwith instructional designers to translate storyboards into engaging training modules.
