As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, applying standardized tools and techniques to effectively gauge clients' mental health concerns.
• Design tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs.
• Engage in therapeutic sessions that focus on establishing and achieving concrete therapeutic goals, monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms to improve accessibility for clients who prefer virtual interactions or who face mobility challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training workshops and webinars, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health therapy.

This position primarily involves working with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Our clients are often seeking support in managing life transitions, stressors, and personal growth. You will play a crucial role in promoting their well-being and guiding them toward healthier coping strategies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold an active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients while facilitating an open dialogue about sensitive issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a clinical or outpatient environment.
• A track record of working with diverse populations and employing culturally competent practices.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
