Job Overview
This role supports business sales by providing technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs. It involves consulting on customer opportunities, analyzing wireless network coverage, and assisting with in-building coverage requests. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies. Success is measured by the ability to effectively support sales teams, address technical inquiries, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The work impacts the organization by enabling tailored wireless solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
  • Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
  • Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
    OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
    OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting Small Medium Business accounts. (Preferred)
