Job description

Job Title : Patient Access Services Location : Los Angeles, CA 90032 Duration : 2+ months contract (Possible extension ) Education : High school diploma Shift Details : 8.00 AM to 5 Pm Job Description: Coordinate patient appointments, registration, and scheduling in a high-volume call center environment. Verify insurance eligibility, referrals, authorizations, and patient demographic information. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, providers, and clinical teams.

Maintain accurate patient records and update information in EMR/EHR systems. Assist patients with inquiries, patient portal access, and coordination of care services. Support clinic operations by handling phone calls, documentation, and administrative tasks.
