As a Security Officer Patrol Driver HOA Access Control in Ladera Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with residents and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
  • Conduct regular and random mobile or foot patrols throughout residential common areas, streets, amenities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential property concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with community policies and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, property personnel, and emergency responders while maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
