Job description

Program & Project Management Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Boston, MA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Associate Manager in Boston, MA, and the job duties are as follows:
  • Lead a cross-functional team (including web developers, tagging analysts, quality analysts, and platform and web services specialists) to deliver on-spec and on-time web initiatives, whether site launches for new therapies or site updates for existing therapies.
  • Coordinate project planning, forecast monitoring, and team utilization from project kickoff through to delivery across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions for forecasting, prioritization, and team capacity challenges to ensure client milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Design, update, and communicate detailed status reports for the agencies and the clients and manage the web deployment calendar.
  • Assess technical design documents, website comps or wireframes for feasibility based on the client specifications and the existing component library.
  • Utilize methods including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban to optimize workflow for standard and customized approaches to web development.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for web-related questions or issues from the client, guide the teams in addressing the issues, and escalate appropriately as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in digital marketing consulting. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in digital marketing consulting.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Managing website and platform development life cycle in digital marketing in the Life Sciences industry;
  • Performing platform integration, database management, and utilizing Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;
  • Identifying key project milestones, associated dependencies, and potential implications with internal and external stakeholders and preparing mitigation strategies;
  • Working with cross-functional client teams, agencies, and third-party vendors in support of web initiatives and technical deliveries for Healthcare Professional and Patient-facing websites;
  • Working with teams utilizing Adobe Experience Manager, JIRA, Workfront, and Veeva Vault for asset management, web application development, content management, and publishing workflows;
  • Utilizing Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe to enhance project management and continuous improvement;
  • Utilizing DevOps and Agile methodology; and
  • Utilizing GitHub and Jenkins.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
