Shift Supervisor

Your Impact
As Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation's rapid growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
  • Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
