  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Legal to execute initiatives
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for program initiatives

Measurement & Impact
  • Define and track key performance indicators, including partner engagement, data contribution, and founder activation
  • Build and refine attribution models connecting program activity to product usage and revenue outcomes
  • Report on program performance and impact to leadership
  • Use data to inform program improvements and prioritize high-impact opportunities
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, venture capital operations, accelerator programs, or ecosystem development
  • Experience working with or within venture capital firms or startup ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience building programs or initiatives from the ground up
  • Experience with user activation, growth funnels, or lifecycle programs is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS, data platforms, or marketplace businesses preferred
  • Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools.
Compensation Package:
The OTE range is $128,900-$162,309 and it is split 80% Base and 20% Variable. We also offer equity in the form of stock options on top of that as the total compensation package.
