Trainee

The Trainee is an entry level position which provides exposure to the health care administrative environment. The Trainee provides basic support to a manager or supervisor as related to the day to day operations office operations, basic data entry, etc. Duties may also include filing, scanning, photocopying and other duties as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Study: Hemodynamic Changes Due To Postpartum Blood Loss
  • Looking to identify changes in cardiac output, stroke volume, and systemic vascular resistance in pregnant patients with postpartum hemorrhage
  • Learn how to use a new cardiac output monitor, get comfortable with taking measurements, and analyze the data.

Requirements:

  • 3rd year Medical School student matched by FAER

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $15.00 - $30.00 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
