Job description

  • Build, update and manage applications within the application database systems (GradApp, NursingCAS, Kira Talent) for entry-level programs within the college.
  • Respond to student inquiries and concerns in a professional, timely manner via email, phone, webinar or in-person.
  • Answer questions about the academic programs and application process.
  • Recommend appropriate pathways to students interested in a career in nursing.
  • Host campus tours for potential students.
  • Counsel students who did not receive an admissions offer from the college. 
  • Work with college committees and individual faculty to facilitate the holistic admissions process.
  • Oversee and continually improve student onboarding and enrollment process for first-semester, entry-level academic programs.
  • Represent the College of Nursing at various recruiting events.

  • Ability to effectively use administrative systems, databases and standardized software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
