Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.**Key Highlights*** Provide direct medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.* Manage patient care from admission through discharge, including conducting rounds, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing treatment plans.* Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system-EPIC* Provide consultative services to other physicians and healthcare professionals as needed.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital policies and protocols.* Mentor and educate medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.**Qualifications*** Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.* Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.* Must hold or be eligible for an active medical license and DEA in Massachusetts.* Previous experience as a hospitalist or in a similar role is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.* Strong clinical skills, proficiency in inpatient care, and familiarity with hospital-based electronic medical records (EMR).* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
