Job Description
  1. Must have 7-10 years of utility substation design experience including new substation and substation retrofits: plan & elevation, layouts, bus design & configuration, grounding requirement, protection & control schemes, RTU & DFR, electrical online/schematics/wiring/interconnection, bill of material, cable schedule, 480V & 120/240V AC station service, 125VDC & 48VDC system, and all other associated components.
Qualifications
  1. Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications, and provide work estimates with task breakdowns while working independently or as part of a project team
  2. Minimum five (5) years of experience with construction field support.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience field testing and troubleshooting protection and control schemes.
  4. Demonstrate the clear understanding/knowledge of all the components of a transmission substation.
