Job Title: Senior HR Analyst (Technical – Infor HR Talent & Payroll)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Analyst to join our IT team. This role requires a strong blend of functional HR and Payroll knowledge along with technical expertise within the Infor HCM CloudSuite environment.
This position will support end-to-end HR and Payroll systems, including Talent Acquisition, Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Goals and Performance, and other HR modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing HR and Payroll systems while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and support Infor HCM modules, including Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, Global HR, Compensation, Benefits, Goals and Performance, and Payroll.
  • Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across HR and Payroll applications.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements, translate, and develop them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements across HR and Payroll systems.
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates, features, and best practices.
  • Ensure systems adhere to data security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially for Payroll data.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives impacting HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.
  • Partner with IT teams on system integrations, architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll technology.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Infor/Lawson HCM CloudSuite applications; Associate or Professional certification(s) preferred (HR Payroll – Associate, HR Talent – Associate, HR Talent Global HR – Professional, HR Talent Acquiring Talent – Professional, HR Talent Developing Talent – Professional, other certifications in Landmark or OS acceptable as well); Required to obtain associate certification within 90 days if not already certified.
