Business Analyst / Solutions Architect
4-6 Month Contract
Remote Role
Compensation: $65-80/hr
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to support a critical Treasury workstream as part of a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and integrating Moody's ABS Suite+ with a new cloud-based leasing platform, ensuring the successful and seamless flow of lease portfolio data required for asset-backed securitization. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting system configuration, integration, and data validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Treasury operations, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), and Capital Markets, with hands-on experience in Moody's ABS Suite+. Experience in enterprise financial systems, securitization processes, and large-scale system implementations is highly desirable, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with Treasury, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system mapping requirements for Moody's ABS Suite+
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Moody's ABS Suite+ as part of a large-scale modernization initiative
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate integration between the organization's cloud-based leasing platform and Treasury systems
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that support Treasury and securitization operations
  • Validate data mappings, business rules, and interface requirements throughout implementation and testing
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop documentation, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with issue resolution
  • Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to internal stakeholders following implementation
  • Facilitate meetings, document business processes, and deliver end-user training as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solutions Architect supporting enterprise financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with Moody's ABS Suite+
  • Strong understanding of Treasury operations, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), structured finance, and Capital Markets
  • Experience supporting securitization processes, including collateral servicing and lease portfolio management
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Strong understanding of data mapping concepts and system integrations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience facilitating meetings, documenting business processes, and delivering end-user training
  • Experience supporting automotive finance, leasing, or captive finance organizations (preferred)
  • Experience with enterprise modernization or cloud transformation initiatives (preferred)
  • Previous consulting experience with large system implementations (preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile project environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and enterprise financial applications (preferred)
