  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 4 years of previous maintenance technician experience
  • Experience performing a variety of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair etc.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, work autonomously, approach tasks with a sense of urgency, and address any issues that arise day or night.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Training, College degree, or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best possible service to a demanding group of customers.

Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures

Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary

Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed
