Position Overview:
The Bus Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of assigned vehicles while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.
This position ensures coaches are presentation-ready and maintained in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Schedule: Part-Time | Sunday amp; Monday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Employees may also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours on an on-call basis to help cover other shifts as needed.
Pay Rate: $18 / HR
This information represents our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position upon hire, based on available data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on geographic location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors including job related skills, experience, applicable education or training and other relevant factors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail the interior and exterior of assigned buses and motorcoaches
  • Perform washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and general detailing duties as needed
  • Move coaches safely around company property as required
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with general upkeep of work areas
  • Ensure all detailing work meets company quality standards
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with applicable EPA, OSHA, DOT, Workers’ Compensation, and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist with additional operational duties and special projects as assigned
  • Travel as needed to support operational requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous vehicle detailing experience preferred
  • Buffing and polishing experience is a plus
  • Ability to safely move coaches around company property
  • Flexibility to work before or after scheduled shifts as needed
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Skills:
  • Understanding of vehicle cleaning and detailing processes
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:
