Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

TheSeniorFellows Program Manageris responsible forthe strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's fellowship engagement programs. This role serves as the primary architect and leader of initiatives designed to educate, engage, and develop the next generation of structural heart physicians. Working closely with Professional Relations, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, and external physician partners, the Fellows Program Manager will create impactful educational experiences that enhance fellows' clinical knowledge, procedural understanding, and awareness of Abbott Structural Heart therapies.

The ideal candidate willpossessstrong program management skills, experience working with healthcare professionals and teaching institutions, and a passion for advancing physician education. This individual will lead all aspects of fellowship programming, from strategy development and curriculum planning to program execution, stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight, and measurement of program effectiveness.

What You'll Work On

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the annual strategy for Abbott Structural Heart fellowship engagement programs.
  • Establish short- and long-termobjectivesaligned with business priorities and physician education goals.
  • Identifyopportunities to strengthen relationships with fellowship programs, teaching hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
  • Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert for fellow-focused educational initiatives.

Program Development & Management

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive fellowship programmingacross Structural Heart therapies.
  • Develop innovative educational experiences, including hands-on training, workshops, speaker series, and site visits.
  • Create program frameworks and curricula that support fellow learning and professional development.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance program offerings to ensure relevance and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with fellows, program directors, faculty members, and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, and Compliance teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for fellowship-related inquiries and program opportunities.
  • Facilitate engagement opportunities that strengthen Abbott's reputation within the structural heart training community.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of fellow-focused educational events,programsand workshops.
  • Managelogistics, faculty coordination, attendee communications, and program operations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of both in-person and virtual educational activities.
  • Monitor event outcomes and implement improvements based on participant feedback.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all fellowship programmingand activities are conductedin accordance withAbbott policies, industry regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Partner withMedical Affairsto review and approve program content and activities.
  • Maintainappropriate documentation, contracts, and records for program-related activities.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and engagement.
  • Analyze program participation, satisfaction, and outcomes to guide future strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadershipregardingprogram impact and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights tooptimizefellowship engagement initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage annual program budgets.
  • Monitor program expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identifyopportunities to maximize impact whilemaintainingfiscal responsibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, professional relations, physician engagement, medical education, program management, or related fields.
  • Experience working with physicians, fellows, academic medical centers, and teaching institutions preferred.
  • Strong project management, event planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel to support fellowship programmingand educational events.
