St. Cloud VAMC - 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303 Requirements (Duties Include But Are Not Limited To)
  • Shall provide clinical psychiatry services, including face-to-face and telehealth consultations.
  • Shall provide direct patient care including specialty exams such as compensation and pension, as it pertains to Psychiatry conditions only.
  • Shall follow all established medication policies and procedures. No sample medications shall be provided to patients.
  • Shall provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all Psychiatry clinical patients.
Qualifications
  • Must be ANA Certified in Psychiatry-Mental Health from an accredited school by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
  • Must hold an APRN License in good standing, and under no restrictions, with the state licensure board in any state in which a license is held.
  • Must maintain current certification in American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
