About the Job

You are detail-oriented, technically curious, and ready to play a critical role in delivering successful TAB projects. As a Pre-Engineering Specialist, you will support project planning, documentation, and execution while partnering closely with field technicians and engineering teams. Your work ensures projects are set up right from the start and run smoothly through completion.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop TAB test plans and ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards

Manage Pre-TAB data entry and maintain accurate project documentation across systems

Draft and submit RFIs to resolve project gaps and clarify scope

Partner with field technicians to support job turnovers and troubleshoot job site issues

Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen technical execution and project outcomes

What We're Looking for

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

NEBB-CT, NEBB-CP, AABC-TBT or AABC-TBE strongly preferred

Previous TAB experience
