Job description

AAA Parking is seeking dedicated and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our AAA Parking - Kennesaw State University team. The Maintenance Worker plays a vital role by maintaining the overall appearance of the facility, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and assisting with special projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Walk the facilities picking up trash, checking for burned out lights, empty full trash cans, etc.
  • Record any repair or maintenance problems,
  • Sweep all entrances and exits and pick up any trash, sweep garages regularly
  • Clean all restrooms in facilities and all stairwells
  • Maintain any other equipment on facilities
  • Clean all oil/water spots as needed
  • Check all ticket spitters and gates to ensure that they are working properly and are properly stocked with tickets and the correct time is on equipment.
  • Ensure that all machines are kept clean and wiped down from dirt.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
  • Previous maintenance or facilities experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
