Overview
We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for dynamic and driven phone sales professionals at one of America's largest retailers in Bowling Green, KY. The ideal Member Services Agent candidate will handle inbound calls relating to membership service and sales. This position is a salary & commission role with great benefits!
Job Description & Sales Agent Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sell a variety of memberships; Heavy emphasis on call center sales and up-selling.
  • Receive and respond to membership inquiries by listening attentively and responding with first class customer service.
  • Process and receive customer calls and solicit additional sales of various memberships and services.
  • Provide knowledge to customers by explaining the type of service or membership offered.
  • Convert customer inquiries to sales through established sales techniques with an emphasis on sales conversion rates.
  • Validate and update membership accounts with required call and order information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    At least one year in a professional call center setting and sales experience preferred.
    Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities required.
    Must have effective organizational skills.
    Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential.
    Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more! Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage!
    Compensation: $13.68 per hour with an opportunity to earn between $17.50 and $23 on avg. per hour with incentive. Incentive is uncapped.
    First two months are guaranteed at $16.50 or better during training.
