Quality Control Inspector โ€“ 1st & 2nd Shift
Litchfield County, CT 06759
$18.00โ€“$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
1st Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday | 6:00 AMโ€“2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday | 2:30 PMโ€“11:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift for approximately 3 months)

* Use calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, and other inspection equipment

* Move parts between departments as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized work area
* Support production by ensuring quality requirements are met
What We're Looking For
* Previous quality inspection or precision manufacturing experience preferred
* Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring instruments
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
* Comfortable using computers to document inspection results
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 55 pounds
Candidates with experience in quality inspection, precision machining, CNC manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, quality control, machining, or manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
