Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Shelton, CT Area | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$19.00 per hour

Looking for a shipping and receiving position with long-term potential? A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company in the Shelton, CT area. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping shipments moving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and on time
  • Prepare shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels
  • Verify incoming materials and report discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory records using an ERP or warehouse management system
  • Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and track deliveries
  • Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams
  • Follow company safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
