Intisar Fitness prioritizes injury prevention, mobility, science-backed training and helping women of all ages and fitness levels get stronger in a safe and effective way. We do 1:1 and partner training in a private studio giving clients an exclusive experience with no distractions. Intisar Fitness is founded be a R.Kin and R.P.N who views fitness as in important part of the healthcare piece and wants everyone to feel comfortable training-whether they have arthritis, joint conditions, PCOS etc.. our approach of assessments, high attention to form and ability to modify exercises makes it a safe space for all clients to train.


Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Leaside, Toronto, ON. As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will develop and implement customized fitness plans tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, providing fitness instruction, guiding clients through circuit training, offering nutritional advice, and delivering high quality coaching. Ensuring a motivating and safe workout environment is key to the role. We are looking for someone who has a good amount of availability including mornings and evenings and weekend availability.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
  • Competence in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
  • Knowledge of Nutrition to support clients’ dietary needs and goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certified as a Personal Trainer through a recognized accreditation body
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly recommended
  • Ability to inspire and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in client relationship management or similar roles is advantageous
  • Kinesiology or physiotherapy background is a bonus
