Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, are critical for engaging with a diverse range of groups, including staff, contractors, and patrons. A solid understanding of leadership techniques will help you effectively guide staff and volunteers. One year of experience in recreation program management, such as event management or sports league administration, is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with the ability to learn and utilize a recreation management system for data tracking and reporting.
