Job description

What you'll do: 

As a Global Evaluation Services Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding NT Technologies' Evaluation Services business across international markets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic vendor and partner relationships worldwide, with a focus on driving global customer acquisition, increasing brand presence across regions, and accelerating revenue growth. 

This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cross-border partnerships, and the ability to operate effectively across different time zones and cultures. This is an opportunity to directly influence NT Technologies' global expansion strategy and establish a strong international partner ecosystem. 

In this role you will: 

  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-value international vendors and partners within the evaluation services ecosystem  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders across global partner organizations  
  • Develop and execute region-specific and global account plans aligned with NT Technologies' international growth objectives  
  • Drive global revenue growth through new partner acquisition in key international markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)  
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying cross-border opportunities and multi-region deployments  
  • Identify new international market opportunities, localization strategies, and scalable partnership models  
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop regionally relevant, co-branded campaigns and global go-to-market strategies  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across diverse geographic regions and cultures  
  • Conduct regular global business reviews, including region-specific performance assessments  
  • Ensure partner satisfaction while aligning international partners with NT Technologies' strategic and operational goals  
  • Travel as needed to support key global partnerships and industry events  
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and API support teams to execute international partnership initiatives  
  • Provide market-specific insights to inform product localization, enhancements, and service offerings  
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partners across multiple regions and time zones  
  • Monitor KPIs related to global partner performance, regional revenue contribution, and international customer acquisition  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records across international partners, ensuring compliance with invoicing and payment terms  
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize global account strategies and regional performance  

What you'll need: 

  • 5-8+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, trading, or SaaS  
  • Proven track record of managing and growing international or multi-region strategic accounts  
  • Experience working with global partners, cross-border agreements, or international market expansion  
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, futures markets, or evaluation services is a plus  
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across cultures  
  • Ability to operate effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environment  
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and performance metrics  
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed  

Compensation: 

The salary range for this role will be $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will receive an annual target bonus of 30%. Bonus pay for this role is structured with 10% based on company performance and 20% based on individual KPIs. 

Location:

This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:

  • 20 additional flex remote days annually
  • 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
