Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by prospecting, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell various insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Exceed individual sales targets to contribute to agency growth
  • Stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and strategic sales discussions

Ideal Candidate
We seek passionate, proactive, and professional individuals. The ideal Agent in Training possesses:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
  • Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
