Line Cook – Hard Truth Restaurant & Distillery

Hard Truth Restaurant & Distillery is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing high‑quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting efficient back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.


Job Summary

The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to established recipes and quality expectations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen. Ideal candidates are reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to grow within the culinary field.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items following company recipes and portion standards

  • Operate assigned kitchen stations, including sauté, grill, fry, and assembly

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety guidelines

  • Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, labeling, and storage
