Job description

Job Description About the Role Our client is seeking a Controller to serve as a strategic business partner, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and in-depth financial analysis for a complex manufacturing operation. This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams while overseeing financial reporting for three business units. This is a highly visible opportunity with advancement potential within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams on costing activities.

Participate in the month-end close process for three business units and consolidate financial results into one report. Prepare financial reporting in Excel following consolidation. Submit financial results for peer review prior to final approval.

Manage financial activities through SAP. Requirements Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required. 4-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Experience using SAP to manage financials. Preferred CPA designation is helpful but not required. Experience in a Just-in-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment preferred.

Previous Controller experience is beneficial. Benefits Overview Direct hire opportunity. Salary range of $145,000-$160,000.

Target bonus of 15%. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate. Flexible work hours, with additional hours expected during month-end close.
