Join a growing manufacturing organization as a Controller, leading all accounting and financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership or Controller experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
  • Experience with audits, internal controls/SOX, and ERP systems
  • Proven leadership and team development skills

Compensation: $145-150K DOE/base salary + bonus
