Job description

Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and fitness? East Bank Club is looking to add a Busser to our team!

The Grill is one of our members favorite food spots at EBC, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering delicious, healthy and convenient meals. As a Busser, you will clean and coordinate tables for the bar and dining room while maintaining the workability and organization of the Grill line.

Pay Rate: $14.32 per hour, plus tips


Schedule:
Weekday and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Setting up tables by placing clean tablecloths and tableware
  • Refilling water glasses and lightening candelabras and lighting candles on the table
  • Removing used dishes and silverware from the table as needed
  • Clearing tables of dishes throughout the course of meal
  • Making sure the dining area is clean and organized
  • Restocking supplies in the dining area as required
  • Assisting the wait staff as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a busser in a busy restaurant or dining environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of dining room service techniques and procedures
