Overview
Hotel EMC2 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Bellman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional customer service and support during their stay. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive at our hotel or resort.
Duties
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to their rooms.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform night audit duties when required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily activities.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment related to guest services.

Qualifications
