About the Role

As an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about retirement planning and financial services. Your primary responsibility will be building rapport, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is naturally persuasive, and understands the importance of creating positive first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients provided by the company
  • Build rapport and establish trust through professional conversations
  • Introduce prospective clients to Financial Services of America and our services
  • Schedule appointments for our financial advisors
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text communications as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM system
  • Work closely with advisors and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Consistently meet activity and appointment-setting goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
