Buscamos un(a) Administrador(a) de Propiedades Bilingüe responsable y organizado(a) para supervisar las operaciones diarias de propiedades residenciales multifamiliares asignadas. El objetivo es maximizar el valor de los activos y los ingresos, manteniendo una alta ocupación y la satisfacción de los residentes.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias de las propiedades multifamiliares para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes de Vivienda Justa (Fair Housing) y de las políticas de la empresa.
  • Mantener una relación positiva y productiva con los residentes.
  • Responder en tiempo real a las solicitudes de arrendamiento por teléfono y correo electrónico.
  • Apoyar las actividades de mercadeo, arrendamiento, mantenimiento y cobro de rentas.
  • Supervisar al personal en sitio, proveedores y contratistas.
  • Negociar contratos con contratistas de manera oportuna y confiable.
  • Colaborar en la administración de presupuestos, el control de gastos y el crecimiento de los ingresos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los propietarios y la gerencia regional para alcanzar los objetivos de desempeño.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia como Administrador(a) de Propiedades en viviendas multifamiliares (obligatoria).
  • Sólido conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de administración de propiedades y de aspectos financieros.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y software de administración de propiedades.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, servicio al cliente y organización.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y viajar entre propiedades cuando sea necesario.

We are seeking a prudent Bilingual Property Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email
  • Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts
  • Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Help manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth
  • Work closely with ownership and regional management to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing is required
  • Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management software
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).
