Job description

Healthcare Organization is seeking a Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations for a nursing facility. The LNHA will be responsible for ensuring that the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Facility Location: Kane County IL

About the Position:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage to meet resident needs.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
  • Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty.
  • Two experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Long-Term Care Medicaid and Medicare and IDPH regulations and standards.
