Job description

We are seeking empathetic, patient, and service-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing assistance with transportation scheduling, inquiries, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and active listening.

  • Schedule, modify, or cancel transportation requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
