About Kukio Golf & Beach Club

Kukio Golf & Beach Club is one of the worldโ€™s premier private resort communities, known for exceptional service, attention to detail, and refined dining experiences exclusively for our members and their guests. Our Food & Beverage team works collaboratively to deliver polished, professional service in a supportive team environment.


Position Summary

The Server Attendant supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless service execution by assisting servers, resetting tables, and anticipating member and guest needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, energetic, and take pride in teamwork and hospitality.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reset tables promptly, ensuring chairs and tabletops are clean and free of food particles or water spots

  • Remove dirty dishes from the dining room and load them properly into dishwashing racks

  • Remove soiled linens and replace with fresh linens

  • Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware, and glassware following proper placement standards

  • Provide fresh water to members and guests upon seating, handling glassware by the stem only

  • Assist servers by carrying trays of hot food to the dining room

  • Stock side stations with silverware, china, glassware, ice, and service supplies

  • Monitor tables during service to assist with water refills, clearing dishes, and guest needs

  • Assist with coffee service, bread and butter service, and running beverage orders as requested

  • Maintain awareness of table sequences and dining room flow

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

  • Remain visible and available on the dining room floor throughout service periods

  • Complete assigned closing and deep-cleaning duties, including polishing silver and service equipment

  • Assist with function setup and breakdown for events and banquets

  • Attend all required Food & Beverage staff meetings


Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

  • One year of Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred

  • Fine dining experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and service standards

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic


Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Continuous standing and movement throughout most of the shift

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and carrying

  • Ability to navigate multiple surfaces including sand, grass, pavement, concrete, and indoor areas

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed

  • May be required to operate golf carts or vehicles

  • Work is primarily outdoors (approximately 99%)

  • Exposure to dishwashing and glass-cleaning chemicals

  • Ability to hear verbal requests, see banquet setups, and communicate clearly with members and staff
