Job description

Join our team as an Event Assistant and play a key role in supporting successful marketing events, promotional campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and brand experiences. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and creating memorable experiences for customers and clients.

As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while assisting with customer engagement, promotional activities, and brand representation. This position provides hands-on experience in event marketing, public relations, customer engagement, and campaign management with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

No prior event experience is required - comprehensive training is provided!

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of marketing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities.
  • Represent clients and brands professionally at events, trade shows, community activations, and promotional gatherings.
  • Engage with customers and attendees to provide information, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences.
  • Support event logistics, including materials preparation, product displays, inventory coordination, and event breakdown.
  • Assist with customer registration, lead collection, surveys, and event reporting.
  • Help execute promotional strategies designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with event managers, marketing teams, and leadership to ensure successful event execution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients, customers, and team members.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or public relations is a plus but not required.
