Job Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 4- 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday. On-Call requirements for evenings, night, weekends, and holidays. On-Call response time of 30 minutes. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

  • 911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
  • Bi-annual CPR certification. Required
  • Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred
  • 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire. Preferred
