General information Location Clarion Reference 2023-11106 Position description Job title Warehouse Technician (10am-6pm) Contract type Full-time About us Kronospan is the world's leading producer of wood panel products including MDF, OSB, Particleboard, and Laminate Flooring. We are Worldwide AND we are American Made. We are Kronospan. Main duties and responsibilities The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the verification and maintenance of documentation for all outgoing shipments to the Laminates Plant as well as prepares items for shipment by performing duties to meet quality and productivity standards.

This position is also responsible for moving finished products to the Laminates Plant. This position will be required to work Monday Through Friday from 10am to 6pm (or over) with the possibility of weekends and holidays. What you'll do: Operate multiple sizes of fork trucks depending on job Pull unites for lab as needed Load and unload vans, flatbeds and containers in a timely and quality minded manner Understand warehouse operations along with material storage locations, products and processes Utilize scan guns or computer systems accurately to facilitate material movement Work as a team to meet goals of the Shipping department and the organization Maintain an efficient and clean shipping/warehouse area Document, verify and put away all received material in a timely manner Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures for accuracy Maintain window time and carrier metrics Utilize established software to track warehouse and finished goods movements and shipments Understand the interconnectivity of the shipping/receiving area as it relates to the plants ability to create finished good inventory Maintain current and create ad hoc reports as needed In a timely and accurate manner, create shipping paperwork as needed Loads and unloads trucks, stages finished goods for loading and ships finished goods to the Laminates Plant.

Requirements What you need to succeed: Mid-level computer skills required for Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, provide detailed work, sound reasoning, and meet required deadlines The ability to be flexible in duties, analytical and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to be exceptionally self-motivated and directed, organized, and a keen attention to detail The ability to work consistently on a concrete plant production floor and in multiple (hot, cold, dirty, etc.) environmental conditions Good vision with or without corrective lenses The ability to be available for on-call and periodic overtime The ability to frequently bend, lift (minimum 50 lbs unassisted), sit or stand for extended periods of time, kneel and move for extended periods of time The ability to have dexterity of hands and fingers to utilize appropriate equipment and tools Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred Previous experience operating a Fork Truck preferred.
