Description
- The Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining the product release tracking database from receipt of donor until product is shipped. The Data Administrator logs paperwork progress and maintains a 5S file room environment. This role acts as a liaison for Logistics, Manufacturing, Donor Eligibility, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to ensure that paperwork flows among teams within prescribed timeframes and escalates late paperwork to management.
- This role is responsible for filing, organizing, and prepping batch record paperwork, donor eligibility paperwork, and testing results for processed donor tissue for review.
- This role is responsible for maintaining a 5S state in the batch record file room.
- This role will maintain the product release tracking database in Excel.
- This role is responsible for alerting management when the database shows a donor is behind schedule.
Highest level of education: High School Diploma
Competencies
- This role requires working knowledge of Excel, meaning the ability to enter data and use built in formulas. This role also requires familiarity with other Microsoft Office software such as Word and PowerPoint.
