THE POSITION

  • Location: Woodbury, MN (55104)
  • Hours:
    • Days One (1) Saturday & Sunday per month 10-hour shift
    • Overnights Sundays 10-hour shifts
  • Client Specifics: 17 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube.

  • Location: Woodbury, MN (55129)
  • Hours: 2 days Weekly:
    • Days Monday & Tuesday OR Wednesday & Thursday 10-hour shifts.
  • Client Specifics: 4 year old with a g-tube.

  • Location: Woodbury, MN (55129)
  • Hours:
    • Overnights Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10-hour or 12-hour shifts.
  • Client Specifics: 1 year old with vent, trach, and g-tube.

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
