Position Details

Position: Field Marketing Manager Location: Waukesha, WI -- Hybrid (office + field within assigned local territories) Schedule: Full-Time

This is not a desk-only management job. We're looking for a leader who develops people, drives performance, creates accountability, and leads from the front.

Role Overview

As Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead and grow our Field Marketing Team. You'll set the goals, run the meetings, train the reps, plan the territories, and hold the standard. You'll spend time in the office managing performance -- and time in the field alongside your team when they need you there.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Marketing Representatives
  • Set daily and weekly goals and hold the team accountable to performance benchmarks
  • Run daily team meetings focused on goals, results, and strategy
  • Train new and existing team members to improve performance
  • Strategically plan canvassing territories and maximize market coverage
  • Track team activity, leads, appointments, and overall results
  • Identify performance gaps and coach team members toward improvement
  • Get in the field alongside your team when needed
  • Help recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new team members
  • Work closely with leadership and our Inspection Department so leads are properly scheduled and handled
  • Represent Briggs Family Home Development professionally in the communities we serve
Who Thrives Here

Required:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable holding people accountable and coaching through difficult conversations
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Organized, with the ability to track and report team performance
  • Comfortable working both in the office and outdoors in the field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

  • Direct leadership or team management experience
  • Background in sales, marketing, canvassing, lead generation, or field team leadership
  • Experience motivating different personalities toward a shared goal
What You Can Expect

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 per year
  • Plus uncapped performance-based bonuses tied directly to your team's production
  • Expected total earning opportunity: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year

Bonus earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. As you build a stronger team, generate more opportunities, and increase department production, your earning potential grows with it.

Benefits & Support:

  • Established territory and an existing team to build from
  • Hands-on training and direct access to company leadership
  • Clear performance benchmarks and defined bonus structure
  • Dedicated Inspection Department supporting lead handling and scheduling

[NOTE TO ACCOUNT MANAGER: Confirm with client whether health insurance, PTO, vehicle/mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, or company-provided tech/CRM are offered. Indeed ranks ads higher with a fuller benefits list -- worth asking before posting.]

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-Time | Hybrid Office & Field

This role includes time in the office as well as working directly with your team in the field. You should be comfortable being outdoors, traveling throughout assigned territories, and actively supporting your team day to day.
