Role Overview

A law firm in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its estate and trust administration practice. This role focuses on high-net-worth estate administration, Florida probate matters, trust settlements, and federal transfer tax filings within a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage estate and trust administration matters from asset collection through final distribution
  • Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using financial and legal documentation
  • Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filing
  • Assist with preparation of IRS Forms 706, 709, and 1041
  • Track deadlines and manage probate and trust administration schedules
  • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions

Requirements
